After 7 years of marriage and 2 beautiful kids, Veronica and Steven decided to renew their wows. They said I do again at Calvary Wedding Chapel in their hometown, Las Vegas. Their wows just made everybody’s eyes tear. Such a beautiful ceremony, a couple in love after 7 year! Wow! It was just beautiful! After the emotionally filled ceremony we went to take pictures to Aria and Monte Carlo Hotels, what provided beautiful backdrop to their photos!
Congratulations again! We wish you guys lot more years together in happiness!
Jocelyne, Chrystelle’s mom contacted me about her daughter’s wedding. They live in Canada and they speak French, not much English.
We started the photo session at the Chapel of the flowers, where they got married, than Earth limo picked us up to take us picturesque places around the as Vegas. We stopped at the Venetian Hotel, than went to the famuous Las Vegas sign before we finished our photo tour at the Stratosphere hotel, where the group had their dinner reservation.
It was such a fun group! I really enjoyed photographing them!
Congratulations again Chrystelle and Cedric! Thank you for choosing us to document your special day!
The weather was crazy today in Las Vegas. It was flooding across the Las Vegas Valley after intense thunderstorm swept through with heavy rain and lightning, flooding washes, delaying flights, snarling traffic and prompting helicopter rescues of stranded motorists in water-filled intersections.
Tourists always ask me why we have the man-made riverbeds all over the valley, what is totally dry the majority of the year. This is the reason. Flash flood.
Streets and homes were flooded and numerous intersections, including Blue Diamond and Rainbow, where I stopped to take some pictures. In some areas the water was 10 inches deep, making the street impassable to cross.
September 11, 2012 was the wettest September day on record in Las Vegas (1.18 inches) since record keeping began in 1939, according to the National Weather Service.
Here are my images of the day:
